-4- Public Facilities Plan Transportation Plan (none currently prepared; see Plan Content Guidelines and the section of Transportation Policy Plan called "Relation of Policy Plan to Local Plans" for detailed guidelines). A transportation plan should be prepared describing the location, function and capacity of existing and proposed roads. A general schedule for new transportation facilities should also be provided. To assist the Metropolitan Council determine the compatibility of gamsey's future road system with the metropolitan highway system, the following should be included in the transportation plan. Specific questions should be directed to Connie Kozlak, 291-6346. Estimates of the amounts of traffic to be generated by the proposed land uses aggregated by Metropolitan Council traffic assignment zones (TAZ). Information on the location of these zones in Ramsey and the Metropolitan Council forecasts for them may be obtained from Connie KoZlak or Jane Pinchot, 291-6345. Maps of existing and proposed roads showing functional classifi- cation (consistent with the Metropolitan Council functional classification system), existing and projected traffic volumes for roads classified minor arterial and above, proposed bicycle and pedestrian systems and any desired transit service. Detailed land use and traffic circulation plans for areas within ~ mile of local intersections with Highway 10. b. Comprehensive Sewer Plan (Comprehensive Sewer Plan) To meet Comprehensive Sewer Policy Plan content requirements expected to be adopted as part of the Metropolitan Council's 208 Areawide Plan/ Development Guide for Water Quality Management, the following addi- tional information should be included in the existing Ramscy Compre- hensive Sewer Plan. Specific questions should be directed to John Harrington, 291-6324. - Desired timing (and justification) for metropolitan sewer service from the west leg of the Anoka segment of the CAB interceptor. - Desired timing (and justification) for the second Ramsey connection of the Anoka segment of the CAB interceptor. - Map showing sewer service areas and the timing of local sewer service to them through 1990. Any proposals for joint use of sewage facilities with other com- munities (e.g., use of the Anoka forcemain for interim service through the Anoka plant for portions of Ramsey along Highway 10). - Description of any privately owned treatment facilities (.e.g., mobile home park plants, etc.).
