Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> CONSIDER RATIFICATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF <br /> A HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, approximately 40 apPlications were received for the position and ten <br />applicants were interviewed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends that Colleen Lasher be hired for the Human <br />Resources Technician position. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br /> <br />Rati fy the appointment of Colleen Lasher as the Human Resources Technician at an <br />hourly wage of $17.69 contingent upon satisfactory criminal and driver's license <br />background checks, reference checks, and passing a pre-employment physical and drug <br />screen. Ms. Lasher's official start date will be December 13, 2004. All other personnel <br />polices will apply normally. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of December, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
