Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING TItE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br /> ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN II <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Aaron Madsen began working as the City's Engineering Technician <br />II on May 10, 2004 and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Madsen has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its December 14, 2004 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Aaron Madsen, <br />effective November 10, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Aaron Madsen, effective <br />November 10, 2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of December. <br /> <br />G:\Administration\ltumanResources\Performance Appraisals\Ending ProbationhMadsen, Aaron 12-14-04.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
