Other members of the <br />firm serve in leadership positions in nonpartisan service <br />organizations and other institutions in the community. Clients include both private and <br />public entities. In addition to expertise in legislative <br />matters, LHD&L frequently represents clients before <br />administrative and quasi-judicial agencies. Its <br />experience includes administrative issues involving the <br />Minnesota Department of Health, Minnesota Department of <br />Human Services, Minnesota Department of Finance, Minnesota <br />Department of Commerce, Minnesota Department of Revenue, <br />Minnesota Department of Administration, the Higher <br />Education Coordinating Board, Minnesota State Planning <br />Agency, and the Metropolitan Council as well as many <br />county and city governmental agencies. Members of LHD&L <br />have developed excellent, long standing working <br />relationships with key personnel within these governmental <br />en~l~ies. <br /> <br />B.
