Inc. d/b/a JR's Saloon <br />Holm's Super Bowl Inc. d/b/a Holm's Super Bowl <br />Fairways on the Rum Inc. d/b/a/McDuff's Eatery & Pub <br /> <br />02-007 <br />02-008 <br />02-009 <br />02-010 <br />02-011 <br />02-012 <br />02-013 <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen asked if this is an annual licensing consideration. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that is correct. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen noted the license numbering sequence and asked if this is being <br />considered a long way into the year. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated the year is not a calendar year, it runs from July 1 to June 30. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to approve Off- <br />Sale Intoxicating and Non-Intoxicating Liquor License renewals for Rum River Wine & Spirits, <br />M & L Country Liquors, Wiser Choice Liquors, T & T Liquors, Judy's Discount 10 Liquor, and <br />Vintage Wine & Spirits, for the 2002 - 2003 license year and to approve On-Sale Intoxicating <br />and 3.2 and Sunday, and Wine Liquor License renewals for the Links at Northfork, Diamonds <br />Sports Bar & Grill, Spectators, Mansetti's Pizza & Pasta, JR's Saloon, Holm's Super Bowl, and <br />McDuff's Eatery & Pub for the 2002 - 2003 license year. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Anderson asked if these are reviewed on an annual basis for <br />infractions. Police Sergeant Way stated there may be on-going compliance checks but the <br />background check is done just when they apply for the license. Should a violation occur, it is <br />considered on a case-by-case basis at the time the violation occurs.
