Councilmember Hendriksen asked if they were going to grade what was in yellow but not what
was in white.

Community Development Director Frolik stated Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 would be custom
graded.

Mr. Putnam stated that was correct and the grading of those lots would take place at the time of
the home construction.

Councihnember Hendriksen asked if they would extend beyond the yellow area.

Mr. Putnam stated they originally proposed the grading of the house plan shown with the grading
of the house pad on Lot 2 in addition to the necessary grading for construction of the roadway
and maintaining a standard boulevard and a standard four to one slope.

Councilmember Hendriksen asked how much were they going to raise the pad for the house.

Mr. Putnam stated it depended on which plan was approved and at what timeframe they were
talking, but ultimately the lot would accommodate the home.

Councilmember Hendriksen asked if he had a plan elevation in mind for the house.

Mr. Putnam stated he did.

Mr. Hendriksen asked what it was. He stated he did not want to ask questions this way but
sensed Mr. Putnam was being evasive. He stated he was trying to get at how much fill would
need to be added to establish the pad.

Mr. Putnam stated the existing elevation of the pad is 866 and the proposed garage floor is 870.
He stated the existing street is 868.5 and they had designed a house pad on that which would put
the garage floor 1.5 feet above the street. He stated it is a full walkout on the wetland side of the
pad and the existing elevation is 863.

Councilmember Hendriksen stated they would be adding six feet in the front and none in the
back.

Mr. Putnam stated this was correct.

Councihnember Hendriksen stated they would be grading beyond the area in the yellow.

Mayor Gamec stated this was one reason they had building designers and engineers.

Mayor Gamec stated that he wanted to apologize for a comment that was made because they did
have a new policy as far as decorum, and everyone was to be treated with respect.
