Mr. Alkatout stated that another provision in the ordinance prevents him from being open on <br />certain holidays and Sundays, which is something he would like to see changed. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that at this point they have to comply with what is in the ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Alkatout noted that the permit requested a $5,000 bond, but staff stated they didn't need to <br />do that, so maybe that should be clarified on the application. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if Mr. Alkatout wanted the issue pulled from the agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Alkatout replied that he needed the permit approved to start purchasing things from the <br />public. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if Mr. Alkatout understood that they were not guaranteeing <br />any changes. <br /> <br />Mr. Alkatout replied yes. He noted that he was not aware of the requirements before they opened <br />the business, but they are abiding by the ordinance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmenrtan stated that one of the problems is that CD's are one of the biggest <br />thing that are stolen and how do they know that they do not have stolen goods. <br /> <br />Mr. Alkatout replied that they are going to keep track of whom they are buying from and any <br />seller must have a driver license. <br /> <br />Councihnember Anderson stated that she would like to have the information legible so they can <br />contact the person if need be. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to approve <br />the agenda adding Case #12, and handling Case #4 and # 5 together. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Kurak.
