COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #1: Public Hearing: Consider Deleting City Charter Section 3.2 by Council Ordinance Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:33 p.m. in order to conduct a public hearing. Public Hearing Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:33 p.m. Presentation City Attorney Goodrich stated that at the Charter Commission meeting on July 18, 2002, the Commission recommended that the Liaison Provisions in Section 3.2 to be deleted.
