Staff indicated that the site plan approval should be contingent upon the applicant <br />providing an ingress/egress easement in recordable form between the owners of Lot 1 and Lot 2 <br />of Sunfish Commons, and upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated September 6, <br />2002. <br /> <br />Councihnember Kurak stated that she was very concerned about the traffic generation within the <br />site. She inquired as to how she could get more information on the traffic study before moving <br />forward. She recommended tabling action for further review. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that the ordinance states that the Council shall review and approve <br />the site plan or adopt findings of fact to deny the application. The Council could table action and <br />direct staff.' to develop findings of fact in the positive or negative. <br /> <br />Councihnember Kurak inquired if that would be the appropriate motion for her to make. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied yes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak inquired as to how much time staff would need to put the information <br />together. <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson inquired if Councilmember Kurak was concerned about turning conflicts. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak replied that she would like to know how all of the traffic flows through <br />the entire development. <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson explained that staff could inform the Council on which way traffic will <br />move. If Council wants a traffic generation analysis of the site it would take about four weeks. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if the City had received comment from the State Highway <br />Department. <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson replied that they had received comment as it relates to the entire Sunfish <br />Commons development. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich inquired where they were in regards to the 60-day rule. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik replied that they would need to impose the 60-day <br />extension.
