Both Lots 3 and 4 will continue to maintain compliance.with the <br />minimum lot size for Northfork after the conveyance of the property. As part of the <br />Administrative Subdivision, staff was also taking the necessary steps to vacate the standard <br />drainage and utility easements on the current common property line between the two neighbors. <br />The City Engineer has verified that there are no drainage structures within the existing easements <br />to be vacated. The applicant will be required to provide the City with replacement easements on <br />the new common property line with his neighbor.
