They have now <br /> had to place those decisions on hold pending the City's decision on this matter, as they do not want <br /> to live in a residential area that is subject to the intrusive effects of a commercial landscape and <br /> concrete business being operated right across the street from their home. There are other areas <br /> within the City in which a commercial landscape and concrete business can operate in a much more <br /> harmonious way if properly located in a non-residential zoning district.
