Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-073 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD MEMBER <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted board and commission interviews on March 20, <br />2018; and <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council's direction, Ms. Melissa Fetterley was offered other <br />City volunteer activities until there was a future board or commission vacancy; and <br />WHEREAS, at this time there is one vacancy on the Environmental Policy Board; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff contacted Ms. Fetterley about the opening; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Fetterley confirmed her interest in serving the Environmental Policy <br />Board. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to adopt resolution #18-073 appointing Ms. Melissa Fetterley to a four-year term on the <br />Environmental Policy Board, effective immediately through March 31, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of April, 2018. <br />
