The private street widths must also meet City standards <br />and provide adequate clearance for emergency vehicle access. <br /> <br />The approved Town Center master plan shows the connection of Town Center Drive to pai'cels <br />east .and north of the plat. The submitted sketch plan does not show this connectivity. The street <br />connection to the east must be coordinated with Town Center Gardens 3~'i Addition. The <br />extension of Zeolite through the plat must line up with the stub street to the north. The extension <br />of Town Center Drive must also line up with the planned connection to Variolite St. to the north; <br />this connection must also. be coordinated with Town Center Gardens ? Addition. Vario[ite St. is <br />Listed as a Municipal State Aid (MSA) route. The construction schedule has not been set, <br />however, the extension of Town Center Drive must meet MSA standards. <br /> <br />The triangular intersections are not conducive to emergency vehicle access or snow removal. <br />Right of access to Bunker Lake Blvd was. dedicated with the original Town Center plat. The <br />allowed access points for this plat are ar Zeolite and Town Center Drive. The access shown west <br />o£Zeolite will not be permitted. <br /> <br />Townhouse Design/Architectural Standards: The development is proposing one 2-story <br />towbmhome style. Elevations of the proposed buildings, identifying exterior treatment of <br />materials and cotor, are required at the time of preliminary, plat review.
