The required signage will assist <br />emergency services in locating a specific urfit w. hen called' to the site. In order to assist Staff in <br />review of the placement of signs and to ensure an orderly look of the site, please submit to Staff a <br />sign placement plan. The plan should' show the location and style' of all street signs, address <br />signs, traffic contro[ signs, and other planned signs. The address signage is subject to the review <br />and approval of the City Engineer and Police Chief. It should be noted that signs identifying the <br />development will require a separate sign permit. <br /> <br />REU Number: The City ~ias enacted a quarterly drainage utility, charge that is applicable to the <br />proposed development. All residential units will be billed directly at the current residential rate.. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required fi'om other <br />regulatory, agencies. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February. 3, 2005, at <br />Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong }3[vd., to review your site plan. A copy of the case cover <br />sheer is enclosed i:br your information. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at <br />the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
