Our scope and fees were prepared based on our understanding of the project
and our previous experience in delivering State Aid projects.
The following proposal is based on our July 27, 2017 letter related to the project. That letter proposal
identified separate Bid Packages for utility improvements and street improvements. The utility
improvements are now under construction. The street improvements have not yet been designed.
SCOPE
The improvements will be generally as described in our December 3, 2015 report for the Future Business
Park.
