Councilmember intr°d%edthelfollowing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> ; <br /> RESOLUTION #05-02- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A]puBLiC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE <br />ESTABLISHMENT 0F A HOUSING AND ~DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, IN AND <br />FOR THE CITY OF RAMsEY; UNDE~ MINNESOTA STATUTES CHAPTER 469. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City coUncil has expressed a desire to consider the <br />establishment of a Housing and Rbdev~lopment Authority; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota i Statutes~ 469,003 requires the adoption of a resolution <br />scheduling a public hearing to determine ~e need and receive citizen comments regarding the <br />establishment of a Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT :RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE :'OF MINNESOTA, that the City Council <br />determines the following: <br /> <br />That City Staff shall be directed to Schedule a public hearing on February 22, 2005 to <br />consider the establishment of a HOusing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the <br />City of Ramsay. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resOlution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__, upon vote beingi taken th~reonl the .following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly pasSed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the __ day of ,2005~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
