Mayor Strommen suggested that staff continue to explore discussions about a drop-off site for <br /> fall leaf clean-up. <br /> Councilmember Shryock stated that perhaps it would be helpful to advertise to residents the <br /> types of materials that can be disposed of at each site. <br /> 7.03: Consider Adoption of Resolution #17-07-176 Approving Tree Clearing and Grading <br /> Agreement for Bunker Lake Industrial Park; Case of PSD, LLC <br /> City Planner Anderson reviewed the staff report and recommendation to approve the Tree <br /> Clearing and Preliminary Grading Agreement, noting that the Planning Commission indicated <br /> general support through Sketch Plan Review on July 6, 2017. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma asked if there is a commitment to follow through with working with <br /> staff to plant additional trees. <br /> Jim Deal, PSD, thanked the Council for helping them expedite this as fast as they can. He stated <br /> that it is not very often that you can have a 60,000-square foot building occupied if you can have <br /> it operational by a deadline. He stated that they appreciate the cooperation of the Council and <br /> staff. He noted that they have an anchor renter and have had several other inquiries. He noted <br /> that the traffic that will come through the City for the sports facility will help to trickle business <br /> to other Ramsey businesses. <br /> Matt Kuker, PSD, stated that he is committed to working with staff to ensure that the planting <br /> plan will be sufficient. He noted that it would come down to tree inches and they will look for <br /> opportunities to put the tree inches back in as opportunity arises. He stated that they know what <br /> these first two buildings will look like and they will continue to look for opportunities as the park <br /> continues to build out. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to approve Tree <br /> Clearing and Grading Agreement for Bunker Lake Industrial Park. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Kuzma, LeTourneau, Johns, <br /> Riley, Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br /> 7.04: Consider Adoption of Resolution #17-07-168 Ordering Feasibility Report for <br /> Improvement Project#18-00, Stanhope Terrace Street Reconstructions <br /> City Engineer Westby reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution #17- <br /> 07-168 ordering a Feasibility Report for Improvement Project #18-00, Stanhope Terrace Street <br /> Reconstructions. <br /> Councilmember Riley stated that he often walks this road and recognized the need for repair.
