City Engineer Westby noted that the Feasibility Report was completed for that Riversbend area <br /> and could be included with the 2018 project this fall. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #17-07-168 Ordering a Feasibility Report for Improvement Project #18-00, Stanhope Terrace <br /> Street Reconstructions. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Shryock, Johns, <br /> Kuzma, LeTourneau, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br /> 7.05: Consider Adoption of Resolution #17-07-169 Ordering Feasibility Report for <br /> Improvement Project#18-01,North Forty Street Reconstructions <br /> City Engineer Westby reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution #17- <br /> 07-169 ordering a Feasibility Report for Improvement Project #18-01, North Forty Street <br /> Reconstructions. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma stated that the City is aggressively attempting to improve the road <br /> conditions. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #17-07-169 ordering a Feasibility Report for Improvement Project #18-01, North Forty Street <br /> Reconstructions. <br /> Further discussion: Councilmember LeTourneau stated that he would be interested to hear the <br /> results of the ground penetrating radar equipment. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Johns, Kuzma, LeTourneau, <br /> Riley, Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br /> 7.06: Consider Adoption of Resolution #17-07-170 Ordering Feasibility Report for <br /> Improvement Project#18-02, Hy-10 Ramsey Street Reconstructions <br /> City Engineer Westby reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution #17- <br /> 07-170 ordering a Feasibility Report for Improvement Project #18-02, Hy-10 Ramsey Street <br /> Reconstructions. <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau stated that he is reviewing the use of the roads, which is <br /> predominantly heavy commercial users, and asked if those details are considered in the <br /> construction of the roadway. <br /> City Engineer Westby noted that those concerns would be addressed in the Feasibility Report. <br /> He stated that this project would be similar to the Sunwood Drive reconstruction as both roads <br /> are primarily used by heavier commercial vehicles.
