10.10 For the purpose of comnutine overtime compensation and/or compensatory time off. <br />Employees who are scheduled and attend training on a scheduled day off and the <br />trainine is less than six hours. the Employee will earn compensatory time off or <br />overtime. <br />10.11 Employees who are scheduled and attend trainine on a scheduled day off and the <br />training is six hours or more, the Employee will earn "Training time off' at straight <br />time (hour for hour). Training time off must be used by the end of the calendar year. <br />ARTICLE 11: COURT TIME <br />11.1 An Employee who is required to appear in C.`Yt du ing their schuled off -duty time <br />shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at gne and one-half (1'h),times the <br />Employee's base pay rate. An extension or early report to a regularly scheduled shift <br />for Court appearance does not qualify the Employee for the three (3) hAr minimum <br />11.2 An Employee who is required to appear in court within twelve (12) hours of the end of <br />a scheduled shift and within twelve (12) hours to the start o a scheduled shift shall <br />receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at t,. o (2) times mployees base pay rate. <br />STAND :' TIME <br />12.1 If the Emquires r< Employee to taidby, the Employee shall receive one__ - - <br />hundred dollars ($ 100.00) pay. If the Employee is called into court after being on _ - <br />sta .eae :e +r she will forfeit the standby pay and shall receive the three (3) hour <br />'overtime payment instead. The Employer shall notify any Employee <br />n standby wheid Emp - s no longer on such duty status. <br />CL ®13: CALL BACK TIME <br />13.1 An Emp oyee who i . alled to duty during their scheduled off -duty time shall receive <br />a minimum of tw®' ) hours pay at one and one-half (1 '/2) times the Employee's base <br />pay rate. An ex nsion or early report to a regularly scheduled shift for duty does not <br />qualify the Employee for the two (2) hour minimum <br />ARTICLE 14: VACATION <br />14.1 Every regular Employee having less than six (6) years consecutive full-time <br />service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of 5/6ths of a working day for each calendar <br />month of full-time service. Each regular Employee with at least six (6), but less than <br />twelve (12), consecutive years of full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the rate <br />of 1.25 working days for each calendar month of full-time service.
