The required signage will assist <br />emergency services in locating a Specific unit when called to the site. In order to assist Staff in <br />review of the placement of signs and to enSUre~an orderly look of the site, please submit to Staff a <br />sign placement plan. The plan Should show the location and style of all street signs, address <br />signs, traffic control signs, and other planned signs. The address signage is subject to the review <br />and approval of the City Engineer and Police Chief. It should be noted that signs identifying the <br />development will require a separate sign permit. <br /> <br />REU Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge that is applicable to the <br />proposed development. The total: quarterly drainage utility charge for the development will be <br />provided at the time the City receives the necessary information. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer lis responsible for Obtaining any permits required from o~her <br />regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February-3, 2005, at <br />Ramsey Fire Station, 1:5050 ArmStrong Blvd., tO review your sketch plan. A copy of the case <br />cover sheet is enclosed for your information, I suggest that you, or your representative, be <br />present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
