Titterud Park <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood explained they pulled all the posts in the upper parking lot <br /> because they were not effective anymore and they cleaned up the area, reducing costs. <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood noted they had a fire to a portable toilet which caused <br /> damage to the court. <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood thought they should discuss the Playground replacement at <br /> another meeting on what should be done. He would like to see something unique. <br /> The Commission agreed. <br /> Chairperson Johns stated they would discuss this in October. <br /> Commissioner Lehman asked if there was any trail connecting this. <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated there is one currently connecting it and there will be <br /> another trail. They should eventually have a trail north and south along 156th <br /> Traprock Park <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated they ended up with a neighborhood project and all <br /> of the blight is gone now. <br /> Trott Brook Trail <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood noted they do not have a lot of Trott Brook Trail but they <br /> do have a lot of land for the trail. They just received appraisals regarding adjoining landowners <br /> for the easement. <br /> Chairperson Johns asked if they had a lot interest regarding this. <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated he did not get as much interest as the Commission <br /> would have liked. He had six inquiries and a couple that were seriously interested. He thought <br /> there was a lot of awareness though. <br /> Woodland Green Park <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood explained they previously discussed this with Bear Park <br /> which provided irrigation and parking for the park. The next step is getting trees along the <br /> boulevard.
