The Commission recommended park dedication requirements be satisfied
through a cash payment and the developer would construct a trail along Armstrong Boulevard
th
from Tiger Street to 167 Avenue. The City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat
for Tiger Meadows on June 24, 2003 and directed staff to provide a needed access to Autumn
Heights Park from both Rabbit and Nutria Streets. Staff recommended that the $19,800 in park
dedication fees collected from Tiger Meadows subdivision be credited towards the estimated
$20,627 cost to install parking lot and access improvements to Autumn Heights Park.

Park and Recreation Commission/July 10, 2003
Page 3 of 5
