They are the typical offerings that <br />people think of with recreation, and direct costs subsidized to residents. <br />Partnership - beyond basic program offerings and provide more <br />specialized offerings <br />Contracted - very specialized, typically sought out for a specific <br />program or service that cannot be provided in house <br />Based upon staffing and available resources, programs may change <br />in category.
