Strategic Capacity (Roadway Expansion) <br />Definition: A roadway project that adds thru-lane capacity (described as a Regional Mobility project <br />under Strategic Capacity Enhancements in the TPP). Projects must be located on a non -freeway <br />principal arterial or A -minor arterial functionally classified roadway, consistent with the latest TAB <br />approved functional classification map.
