City Code requires all driveways and off-street parking areas to be paved and finished with B- <br />6/12 concrete curbing; the site plan meets City requirements. Staff is requesting further <br />information from the Applicant to verify that the site plan meets off-street parking requirements. <br /> <br />The site will be required to obtain a permit from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management <br />Organization. <br /> <br />The exterior building materials for the building are proposing to consist of rockface and smooth <br />face concrete block, a glass front, and a pre-finished metal canopy. The proposed glass is a <br />deviation from City Code and will require City Council approval. <br /> <br />The landscaping plan is acceptable <br /> <br />The facility will be served by municipal sewer and water.
