CASE # <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> TO GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS; CASE OF GERALD BAUER <br /> By: City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer submitted had submitted an application to the City for a conditional use permit <br />to continue to grade and export approximately 693,000 cubic yards of earth material from his <br />property located generally north of the Burlington Railroad and east of Puma Street.
