REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY FROM B-I, BUSINESS AND R-3U, LOW <br />DENSITY MULTI FAMILY URBAN TO MR, HIG~ DENSITY MULTI FAMIlJY <br />RESIDENTIAL URBAN; <br /> CASE OF LORD OF LI~E C]tTJRCF[ <br /> By: Principal Planner, Patrick Trudgeon <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Lord of Life Church has submitted an application to rezone property located between Hwy. 47 and CSAH <br />5 (Nowthen Blvd.) from B-l, Business and R-3U, Low Density Multi Family Urban to ~ High Density <br />Multi Family Residential Urban. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />City staff accepted the application, and after review of the proposal, determined that further <br />information was needed before a recommendation could be made. Therefore, staff is requesting <br />that the public hearing be opened and adjourned for this case. No action should be taken at this <br />time.
