The off-street parking area will have a bituminous surface and finished with concrete curbing. <br />The parking stalls are sufficient in numbers and dimensions. <br /> <br />The exterior building materials for the building are proposed to consist of rockface concrete <br />block and brick which meets the architectural standards established in the Industrial District. <br /> <br />The landscaping plan has been reviewed and is geneiall'y acceptable. A couple of modifications <br />are needed as described in the attached review letter. <br /> <br />The facility will be served by City sewer and water services. A lighting plan will need to be <br />submitted and is subject to the City Engineers approval. <br /> <br />The City approved phase I of Sunfish Gateway in March of 2001. Future development of <br />Sunfish Gateway will be subject to platting the 9.7 acre properties.
