Absent: Commissioners Johnson and Sweet. <br /> <br />Note: This item was subsequently tabled with Items 5 and 7. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request for Sketch Plan Review of River Pines 5th Addition; Case of <br />Oakwood Land Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated there are 13 urban lots rather than 12 as <br />mentioned in the Staff Report. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City received an application from <br />Oakwood Land Development for a subdivision to be named River Pines 5th Addition. The <br />property is located on the west side of T.H. #47, immediately north of the existing Apple <br />Ridge/River Pines neighborhood. The application proposes to subdivide and plat the property <br />into 13 single family residential lots with urban services and an existing homestead that will <br />continue to utilize an on-site septic system and well.
