development is planning for a future parking lot expansion, but he felt the homes in Ramsey are more important and the access road should go in that area. Stacie McCabe, 14641 Fluorine Street N.W., Ramsey, stated he was against the road going in and multi-living complexes being built. He thought the development down the street is sufficient and did not feel the need for more senior housing at the time. He shared his concern with the removal of the trees. He said he would not have a problem with access to T.H. #47, but would have trouble with an access to the north. His concern was primarily the possibility of high traffic. · Tim Wood, 14640 Fluorine Street N.W., Ramsey stated he was against the development completely. He preferred it to stay a residential neighborhood. He said he understood trees would be removed, and commented that it can take years for trees to build up again. He felt the road should not be anywhere near the residential area nor park. He stated the neighborhood has to come first. Lisa Manner, 14621 Fluorine Street, N.W., Ramsey, commented she was against the proposed street. The church exit is in her backyard, and the proposed street would be as well. She said she has been there three years and has seen increased traffic. She stated when they moved in, they had three pine trees. During the time they have lived there, the trees have suffered wind damage and are nearly dead. There is no buffer between them and the church. There is a row of pines, but if one row of pines is compromised for this development, it will affect the row of pines they have. She was concerned about her young son and the increase in traffic. She observes children playing at the church, and she would be concerned for them as well. She shared her largest concern of the lack of privacy. John Bork, 14661 Fluorine Street N.W., Ramsey, stated that if trees are removed he was concerned about headlights in his bedroom window. He also shared his concern of too much traffic. He noted that if the trees are removed, he would not be able to see new trees mature into the size of trees he has now. He said from his property he cannot see the church property, but will have a clear view if they are all removed. Lauri Hanson, 14651 Fluorine Street N.W., shared pictures of her back yard and the proximity of the proposed development. She said she was told by Lord of Life that they would want to save as many trees as possible. She stated that Bob Hutchison from Lord of Life told them the road will go in 20 feet from their property line. She said the reality is that the trees will be taken down. She said she does appreciate the ministries the church is doing, but she lives in her home 24 hours a day and would like protection from the traffic and lights. She requested that a portion of the proposed parking be removed, and the road be moved over. Then the trees would not be an issue. Steve Randall, 14691 Fluorine Street N.W., Ramsey, stated he moved in in January and backs up to a park.
