Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Sweet, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Johnson, Sweet, Brauer, and <br />Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Kociscak and Reeve. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Board Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt commented he was inclined to approve the variance. He inquired whether <br />inspections have been done. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon responded that inspections have been completed, and met with <br />approval. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt questioned whether the appropriate permitting fees were received. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon stated they were and the proper permits were filled out. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Chairperson Nixt to adopt Resolution #01-11- <br />401 adopting Findings of Fact favorable to the applicant relating to Jim and Joanne Kusler's <br />request for a variance to the septic system setback requirements on the property located at 16941 <br />Yttrium St. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Johnson, Brauer, Sweet, and <br />Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Kociscak and Reeve. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Chairperson Nixt to approve Jim and Joanne <br />Kusler's request for a variance to the septic system setback requirements on the property located <br />at 16941 Yttrium St., based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #01-11-402 declaring <br />terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Johnson, Brauer, Sweet, and <br />Watson. Voting No: None.
