WHEREAS, the new building site created by the metes and bounds subdivision <br />will be subject to sewer and water trunk, sewer and water lateral, park dedication, <br />stormwater management and trail fees; the remainder of Tract C, Registered Land Survey <br />No. 119, is not subject to these fees until it is further subdivided. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of the east 210 <br />feet, as measured at right angles to the east line, of Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. <br />119, files of the Registrar of Titles of Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That application of the City seal and signature to the legal documents for recording at the <br />Anoka County Records shall be contingent upon the Applicant's providing for the <br />payment of the following fees: <br /> <br />a) Park Dedication $2,200.00 <br />b) Stormwater Management $ 384.00 <br />c) Trail Fees ' $ 550.00 <br />d) Sewer Trunk $1,100.00 <br />e) Sewer Lateral $3,305.00 <br />f) Water Trunk $1,862.00 <br />g) Water Lateral $7,539.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br />.... and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10th day of May, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-214- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-05- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
