Community Development Director Frolik noted that the Council has the authority to approve
whatever finish they think it is acceptable.

· Councihnember Hendriksen inquired if the building will be painted a light buff or tan.

Mr. Sharp replied that they will use earth tones.

Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he thinks the buildings built by Sharp and Associates
have been a tremendous asset to the Community and did not bring up the issue of colored blocks
to delay the project only so that the issue is addressed by the City.

Mr. Sharp inquired about the access onto Sunfish Lake Boulevard.

Mayor Gamec replied that he would prefer that when the next site is developed that it would be a
joint access.

Mr. Sharp replied that is their intention.

City Engineer Jankowski noted that the County has requested that if the City does grant an
access onto Sunfish Lake Boulevard that it align with Sunfish Lake Court.

Mr. Sharp replied that aligning the access with Sunfish Lake Court will not work to get an access
to a building on the south end.

Councilmember Hendriksen inquired as to who owned the property to the north.

City Administrator Norman replied that the entire parcel is controlled by the City.

Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if the developer was willing to limit access onto Sunfish
Lake Boulevard to only one access.

Mr. Sharp replied yes.

Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if the developer would be willing to include that in the
agreement made with the City.

Mr. Sharp replied yes.

Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he does not have a problem with the proposed access
onto Sunfish Lake Boulevard if the developer agrees to having only one access.

Councilmember Zimmerman replied that if the road is offset, then there could be problems with
traffic. He recommended following the County's recommendation of lining up the access with
Sunfish Lake Court.

City Council/February 27, 2001
