Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> CONSIDER AUTHORIZATION TO HIRE A FIRE SECRETARY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, forty applications were received for the position and twelve <br />applicants were interviewed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the results of Ms. McNallan's criminal and driver's license <br />background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment physical and drug screen were <br />satisfactory. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends that Ms. Frankie Jo McNallan be hired for the <br />part-time Fire Secretary position. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br /> <br />Hire Frankie Jo McNallan as the part-time Fire Secretary at an hourly wage of $15.60 <br />effective June 13, 2005.
