Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />CONSIDER AUTHORIZATION TO HIRE <br /> AN ACCOUNTANT I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, approximately 40 applications were received for the position and ten <br />applicants were interviewed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the results of Ms. Hoeffner's criminal and driver's license <br />background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment physical and drug screen were <br />satisfactory. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends that Ms. Angelica Hoeffner be hired for the <br />Accountant I position. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br /> <br />Hire Angelica Hoeffner as the Accountant I at an hourly wage of $18.46 effective June <br />13, 2005. All persormet polices will apply normally. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24m day of May 2005. <br /> <br />-500- <br /> <br /> <br />
