EXPERIENCE FOR MK LAND DESIGN <br /> City of Victoria Comprehensive Park, Trail and Open Space Master Plan <br /> _ Client: City of Victoria,MN <br /> MK Land designed and developed a Comprehensive Park, Trail and Open Space Master Plan. The city <br /> has experienced significant growth pressure during the past 10 years and wanted to develop <br /> Comprehensive Park, Trail and Open Space Plan to guide future development of the city. MK Land <br /> — worked with the Park and Recreation Committee and City Council to develop a Comprehensive Park and <br /> Trail master plan for the city. The process takes the city from the development of a park vision through a <br /> .-. detailed implementation plan. The public input played a large part in the development of the plan. <br /> Watertown/Watertown Township Orderly Annexation Agreement/Development Phasing Plan <br /> Client: City of Watertown,Minnesota <br /> MK Land is working with the City of Watertown to complete an Orderly Annexation Agreement between <br /> the City of Watertown and Watertown Township. The process will include the development of a future <br /> land use and staging plan which will guide annexation and future development. The agreement will <br /> provide clear direction and guidance for both the City and the Township. <br /> Airport Crossing Comprehensive Development Plan <br /> Client: Regency Group <br /> Potage, IN is located on the southern shores of Lake Michigan in northwestern Indiana. Due it's <br /> proximity to the City of Chicago and the quality and quantity of newly created jobs, the city is rapidly <br /> MM. developing. In conjunction with Kimley-Horn and Associates,MK Land worked carefully with the City <br /> and client to develop a comprehensive master plan for a 100 acre mixed use residential and commercial <br /> _, development. The plan was developed around a"green ribbon" system of open space and trails that <br /> seamlessly linked a mixed use residential neighborhood with a mixed use commercial development. The <br /> system of parks, open spaces and trails,provides this development with a unique The project required <br /> the development of a new Planned Development Ordinance and Design Standards Manual to compliment <br /> the comprehensive master plan. <br /> OMNI <br /> 9 <br />
