Newspaper Coverage We would assist the City staff with interviews with a reporter from the Ramsey Times in order to publicize the planning process,participants and products. - Neighborhood and Interest Group Meetings The McCombs Frank Roos team would assist the City staff if they wished to meet with neighborhood or local interest groups by providing PowerPoint shows at various stages of the project. Metropolitan Council Communicate with the Council's Sector Representative as needed to ensure that the plan is prepared according to the Council's requirements and that regional -' issues are adequately addressed. Provide draft copies of the plan for the City staff to submit to the Metropolitan Council after the City Council has approved it but before final adoption. Include copies of any comments received from adjacent governmental units or affected school districts. Communicate with the Met Council's Sector Representative ,r. during the review period. The Council has up to 120 days to complete its review of and comment on the updated comprehensive plan.
