(Sauter Property) <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the City entered into a TIF Agreement with Sharp and <br />Associates, LLC for the purpose of developing a parcel of land lying west of Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard and south of the former Mate Punch and Die building. The City acquired the majority <br />of this parcel from T & G Land, Inc. and one smaller parcel from the Dickenson family. As a <br />part of this transaction, the City is conveying the entire parcel to Sharp and Associates, LLC. In <br />order to complete this transaction a sale ordinance must be adopted. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to introduce an <br />ordinance authorizing the sale of those parcels of land identified as Anoka County PIN's 34-32- <br />25-11~0018, 34-32-25-11-0019, 34-32-25-11-0023, and 34-32-25-11-0017. The parcels are <br />legally described in the subject ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Kurak, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Consider Exchange of Land for Right of Way for Improvement Project #00- <br />35 <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson stated that Improvement Project #00-35 consists of two phases. The first <br />phase of the project is to provide streets, sewer, and water to the T & G Land site. This phase of <br />the construction can be completed without the acquisition of the Commercial Asphalt property. <br />The purpose of the case was to present an agreement to the City Council for consideration of <br />exchanging land with Tiller Corporation a.k.a. Commercial Asphalt, Inc. to acquire the right of <br />way necessary to construct 141't Avenue NW. A drawing illustrating the proposed land <br />exchange was presented to the Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if parcel E was being acquired in the assumption that there <br />will be a road eventually through the Danny's Tranny site. <br /> <br />City Council/March 27, 2001 <br /> Page 16 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
