She has been responsible for <br /> reconvening the board, researching past zoning decisions, drafting <br /> ordinance text and exhibits to guide future decisions, and facilitating <br /> ^ the public hearing process. <br /> Rice County Transportation Plan <br /> Ms. Mitchell was a key team member responsible for the <br /> development of a 20-year transportation plan for Rice County, <br /> Minnesota. She was responsible for identifying future roadway <br /> system needs, facilitating extensive public involvement efforts, <br /> developing plan text,forecasting 2025 traffic volumes, integrating <br /> multi-modal needs, and building local community consensus to <br /> implement plan components and formalizing that support through <br /> memorandums of understanding. <br /> City of Mayer Transportation Plan <br /> Ms. Mitchell is project manager for the development of a <br /> transportation plan serving the City of Mayer to the year 2030.
