Councilmember Hendriksen replied that he felt that the motion was still open and that there will <br />still in discussion. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson inquired if there was any possibility that Ms. Kreyer could do the <br />work proposed by GovDocs. Com. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman replied that it was his understanding that Ms. Kreyer was not <br />interested in that area. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen replied that as part of the web design people should be able to <br />search through documents and in minutes have maps or any number of things that are related to <br />the home page. He saw no reason why the web page should not be organized in that way. He <br />suggested that staff re-write the specifications for the web site to handle search capabilities and <br />have Council reaffirm their previous decision not to use the services of GovDocs. Com. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired as to what other businesses offer the same type of services as <br />GovDocs. Com. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen replied that there are numerous options. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman noted that it was his understanding that there is not anyone else, but <br />he did not prepare the case. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that nobody from staff contacted him regarding the <br />information. He stated that he could provide the City with several names that could host all of <br />the documents. The information that has been presented to the Council is not a good deal for the <br />City and he would recommend that staff rewrite the specification to include the search <br />capabilities and hosting of minutes and agendas. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak inquired if Councilmember Hendriksen would be willing to assist staff. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen replied yes. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to table action <br />on Case #1 and Case #3. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Kurak.
