Motion by Councihnember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to adopt <br />Ordinance # 01-12 authorizing the sale of Outlot A, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson aye <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Hendriksen aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #12: <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution Authorizing Acquisition of Property for the <br />Construction of Well House No. 3 and Related Facilities for Public Water <br />Source Purposes <br /> <br />Item was tabled. <br /> <br />Case #13: <br /> <br />Consider Exchange of Land for Right of Way for Improvement Project #00- <br />35 <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson stated that the agreement between Tiller Corporation and the City of <br />Ramsey would make it possible to complete both phases of Improvement Project #00-35 and <br />would address the concerns of T & G Land as it relates to access from Basalt Street NW. The <br />purpose of the case was to obtain authorization to enter into that agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to enter into an <br />agreement with Tiller Corporation for exchange of land to make it possible to construct 141st <br />Avenue NW. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Kurak, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: <br /> <br />Resolution Receiving Bids and Awarding Contract for Improvement Project <br />#00-35, 141st Avenue NW/Ebony Street NW Street and Utility Construction <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson stated that on March 27, 2001, City Council adopted Resolution #01-03- <br />164A approving the plans and specifications for Improvement Project #00-35 (141st Avenue <br />NW/Ebony Street NW. Street and Utility Construction).
