Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: Report from the Finance Committee <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that the Finance <br />discussed the following five cases: <br /> <br />Committee met on May 8, 2001, and <br /> <br />1) Authorize Transfer of General Fund Revenues <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommended City Council authorize the transfer of the General Fund <br />Excess Revenues to the Equipment Revolving Fund (10%), the Facilities Construction Fund <br />(40%), and the Public Improvement Revolving Fund (50%) at the stated percentages by adopting <br />Resolution #01-05-199A. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Consider Authorization of Highway #10 Redevelopment Planning Services <br />Addendum <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council authorize HKGi to perform a <br />Highway #10 Redevelopment Planning Study Second Addendum to include the areas south of <br />Highway #10 including the Anoka County Regional Park at a cost not to exceed $5,000. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Receive Quotes for Conference Room Table and Chairs for City Hall Conference <br />Room; Select Quote <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council approve the quote as submitted by <br />Commercial Environments, Inc. (Table $1,193.00/Chairs (12) $172.80 each; $2,073.60). <br /> <br />4) Purchase of Audio Visual Presentation Equipment <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Finance Committee for Cases 1 through 4. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
