I'te stated that in reviewing sketch plans for several proposed Town Center <br />rc'sic!cntial development, the Plmming Commission has raised concerns that some of the plans <br />will not m cot the expectations of density envisioned for the entire Ramsey Town Center. <br /> <br />r'omm~mity Development Director Trudgeon explained that the sketch plans presented to the <br />t'iannin~ (iommission complied with all Town Center zoning codes. He stated that in reviewing <br />Ibc skt~tch plans, Staff and the developer determined that the plans showed as many units as <br />possible given adherence to all Town Center Zoning codes. He indicated that in reviewing <br />p{)ssibilitics, Staff detcr~nined the biggest factors determining density were driveway length and <br />tl~c provision of public roads throughout the development. He stated that given the need for an <br />~.
