He indicated they were under the impression it would be 2 ½ <br />lots, itnd wondered how this has happened and what they can do. <br /> <br />('hairpc~'son Nixt stated the Cluster Ordinance was considered for over a year, and adopted last <br /> lo allow dcvelopment in this way. He noted there were many public hearings where <br /> w~_s given, and discussions in length.
