Public Input <br /> <br />Basis for Ramsey Master Trail Planning Process <br /> <br />'1 hc plan should bc visiona,7 but realistic and should describe in Some detail the means by <br />which far-reaching ideas can be implemented. <br /> <br /> plan should make the most of the financial and physical resources available for the <br />devchq~mcnt of the trail system. <br /> <br />'Iht plan must make efficient use Of the public open space, private open space, existing parks <br />and trails that are already in place. The trail system must provide access to natural areas <br />without denegrating environmental integrity. <br /> <br />O'l'hc trail system must connect different parts of the community to each other.
