2) Corridor Ordinance to Amend Grading Regulations Consensus of the Public Works Committee was to recommend City Council introduce the ordinance and have staff do further research for Council consideration. 3) Update on C.R. #116 Corridor Study The Public Works Committee recommended to City Council that the City of Ramsey become the lead agency for the County Road #116 Corridor study and enter into a joint powers agreement. 4) Waco Street NW/149th Avenue NW Traffic Considerations The Public Works Committee asked staff to bring back more information to the next meeting. 5) Consider Policy on removal of "temporary" erosion control measures The Public Works Committee recommended City Council add a new requirement to the City's residential development agreements stating that the development has to successfully establish and remove silt fences prior to release of any escrow. Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to ratify the recommendations of the Public Works Committee for Cases 1 through 5. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen, Anderson, and Kurak. Voting No: None. Case #13: Report from Finance Committee The Finance Committee met on May 22, 2001 and discussed the following case: 1) Receive and Select an Architectural Proposal for the Proposed City Hall Expansion/Renovation Project The Finance Committee voted to direct the City Adminstrator to negotiate a cntract with BKV Group to provide the architectural services for the proposed City Hall expansion project. Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak to ratify the recommendations of the Finance Committee. Motion carried.
