conditional use permit for a recycling and aluminum processing facility with the screening to be <br />completed by September 30, 2002, and the required amount escrowed be $50,000. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt Resolution <br />#01-06-241 approving St. Paul Terminals request for a conditional use permit based on the <br />Findings of Fact #0562, declaring terms of same and subject to the termination of the existing <br />Conditional Use Permit issued for the property by Resolution #93-03-033. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Anderson, and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: Councilmember Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Case #14: <br /> <br />Review Status of Conditional Use Permit Compliance; Case of Danny's <br />Tranny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 10:00 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich recommended continuing the public hearing for two weeks and at that <br />time staff anticipates a voluntary termination of the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to continue <br />the public hearing for two weeks. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen, <br />Anderson, and Kurak.
