Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Consider Adoption of Sale Ordinance to Permit Sale of Land to Twinkle <br /> Twinkle, LLC <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that at a previous meeting, the Council authorized purchasing <br />some 51 acres of land from Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. (WMMI). Also at a previous <br />meeting, the Council authorized entering into a TIF Agreement with Twinkle Twinkle, LLC <br />(Star Exhibits and Environments). The TIF Agreement contemplates conveying to Twinkle <br />Twinkle, LLC an approximate 14-acre tract of land acquired from WMMI. A sale of the land <br />requires approval by ordinance.
