2) <br /> <br />Accept Proposals on Terms of Bond Sale for Tax Increment Bonds Series 2001 C <br />and 2001 D <br />The Finance Committee recommended that thc City Council authorize the adoption of <br />Resolution #01-! 1-414 awarding the sale of $1,220,000 General Obligation Taxable Tax <br />Increment Bonds, Series 2001D and adopt Resolution #01-11-415 awarding the sale of <br />$1,045,000 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 2001C. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Accept Proposal on Terms of Sale for $830,000 General Obligation Equipment <br />Certificates of Indebtedness, Series 2001 E <br />The Finance Committee directed staff to amend the Equipment Revolving Fund policy <br />which would permit the City Council to purchase the equipment without Equipment <br />Certificates. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Purchase of Rifles for Police Department <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #01-11- <br />416 authorizing the purchase of two M-16s from the Drug Forfeiture Fund in an amount <br />not to exceed $1,600. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Kurak, Anderson, <br />and Zimrnerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: Report from Personnel Committee <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee met on October 13, 2001 to discuss the following cases: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Consider Ending Probationary Period of Patrol Officer <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #01-11- <br />417 ending probationary period for Patrol Officer Tim Frankfurth and grant him the <br />status of regular full-time employee effective November 1, 2001. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to ratify the <br />recommendation of the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Kurak, <br />Hendriksen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Receive Recommendation for Finalists for Assistant City Administrator Position <br />The Personnel Committee was presented with a list of finalists and directed staff to sent <br />out s supplemental information.form to all 17 applicants for further information. <br /> <br />City Council/November 13, 2001 <br /> Page 18 of 20 <br /> <br /> <br />
