Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik noted that conditions #3 and #4 should be amended to <br />read "expansions will be located on the mezzanine level if required" <br /> <br />Mr. Littlejohn noted that condition #2 should state 2026 instead of 2006. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich verified that it should state 2026. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Mayor Gamec, to approve the request for a <br />conditional use permit and adopt Resolution #01-10-383 declaring terms of same, as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, Kurak, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to direct the <br />City Administrator to enter into a lease agreement with Verizon Wireless starting at a base lease <br />price of $24,000 annually, subject to an annual COLA increase and obtaining the City Attorney's <br />approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Kurak. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recessed the regular City Council meeting at 8:53 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 9:03 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #10: Request for Final Plat Approval of Smith Addition; Case of David A. Smith <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that David Smith is requesting final plat <br />approval of a minor subdivision to plat a 20-acre parcel into two lots. Lot l/lA will <br />accommodate the existing homestead on the subject property for David Smith. Lot 2/2A will be <br />a new, buildable lot. The property is located on the east side of Armstrong Boulevard, south of <br />156th Avenue NW. The gross area of the plat, including Armstrong Boulevard and Alpine Drive <br />right-of-way, is 20 acres. Two residential lots within this area are in conformance with the 4 in <br />40-density restriction. Both of the lots will have the required 200 feet of frontage on public <br />roads. Lot l/lA and Lot 2/2A comply with the 2.5 acre minimum lot size. The potions of the <br />lots on the east side of Alpine Drive are wetlands and were encumbered with drainage and utility <br />easements when the right-of-way for Alpine Drive was acquired. These existing drainage and <br />utility easements are confirmed on the final plat. The Development Agreement specifies that lA <br />and 2A are tied to one and two respectively; they will be considered as two lots, not four; and <br />l/lA will have one parcel identification number and 2/2A will have one identification number. <br />Lot l/lA is an existing homestead and the lot split is proposed in a way that the structures on <br /> <br />City Council/October 9, 2001 <br /> Page 16 of 24 <br /> <br /> <br />
